I am a student at UCSD and I love that Chuao is founded by a UCSD alum. I saw this on the shelf and I was intrigued. I loved the combination of the popping candy and the chipotle crackle, it brought a gentle fire with the feeling and sound of the popping candy. I usually inhale my food and this is the first chocolate that has really brought me to a moment to want to pause and enjoy the moment each bite creates. Thank you for creating this chocolate and for the magic it brings. I love sharing it with my friends and family who need that gentle reminder to embrace their inner firecracker.
