“We always said we wouldn’t do a white chocolate bar. But once I tasted this chocolate, I couldn’t stop eating it. I thought that creating a bar with a contrast of 100% cacao nibs and this chocolate would make a nice balance. If you take the ingredients and mix them together, I like to say, you get milk chocolate. But this is one bar where it’s better to leave them separate and enjoy how the contrasts compliment each other.”

I’m a dark chocolate girl, through and through. I tried this bar on a whim, and I was instantly addicted. The golden chocolate is so smooth and creamy, while the crunch and bittersweet notes of the cacao nibs create the most delicious contrast. Just absolutely delicious. I could eat one every day!
I would have preferred fewer nibs
I love the experience of every Chuao chocolate bar! This one in particularly delicious, creamy with chocolate nibs to peak the tastebuds.
It wasn’t bad-the white chocolate has a nice flavor to it & really liked the cocoa nibs
In my opinion, this is definitely the best bar. Everything in it works together to make it incredibly rich and addictive. The little cacao nibs at the end have great crunch, and it is not too sweet.
